Aja is a wonderful dietitian and coach and it was a pleasure to work with her. Aja helped me notice my good and bad habits and how they were helping me or stopping me from reaching my goals. She is very motivating and helped me stay accountable even when life got busy. After a month of working with her, I feel better about my diet and prepared to continue with the good habits we built together.
