If you're bored at home and are looking for something healthy & tasty to snack on I highly recommend this chip dip.
All of the ingredients are either from canned goods, foods that last a long time on the shelf, or frozen foods. So, this is a really good recipe that uses cheap ingredients that you can always have in the house.
Unfortunately, almost everyone's sports seasons have been cancelled (my heart goes out to all the seniors) and gyms are closed. However, this doesn't mean that training and eating well have to fly out the window. if anything now is a crucial time to focus on what you're eating so you can maintain your muscle mass and kill it when you get back on the court.
This dip serves as a good pre-workout snack due to it's high carb content and it also contains a little bit of protein to help you meet your needs for the day. Here are some other healthy snack options to help keep you in shape for when your season starts up again.
Lastly, this dip was a massive hit with the Carleton Women's Hockey Team and the UCLA Men's Volleyball Team! The star of every potluck. Serve it at your post-social-distancing parties once society is back to normal.
